The 12th International Academic Conference for Graduates, NUAA (IACGN) will be held at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China on October24-25, 2024. The IACGN is an international conference providing a forum for eminent graduate students to promote the exchange of the latest scientific and technological frontier trends, stimulate the breadth and depth of the field of graduate research, expand the field of vision and scope of graduate research, and enhance the international vision of graduate students. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Requirements

1. Submitted manuscript mustbe original. Ph.D student /postgraduate students must be its first author. And only the first author would be invited to attend this conference；

2. The content of submitted manuscript is not confidential and does not involve political and religious issues;

3. Submitted manuscript should not be presented at any other academic conferences and have not been publicly published in other publications;

4. Submitted manuscript is written in English,and should have at least 6 pages (including charts and references, etc).

Manuscript Submission Address

1. Please refer to the attached paper format to edit the papers in order to ensure the quality of paper transmission and correct handling of conference papers. And submit the full manuscripts both in Word and PDF versions.

Publication

The paper that has been reviewed and accepted will be included in the conference proceedings. And a certificate of paper acceptance will be issued.

Outstanding paperswill be recommended for the supporting publications, which need to meet the requirements of each journal's submission, and be reviewed according to the journal's standards, and have at least 8 pages. The organizing committee of the conference will bear the costs incurred in the publication of the paper.Specific requirements for each journal will be published in a notice after the selection process.

 Conference Fees

1. The conference will not charge any registration fees.

2. The Organizing Committee will arrange accommodations for authors abroad with acceptance notification and select some outstanding contributors to reimburse the round-trip air tickets (with the upper limit of RMB 10,000).

3. The organizing Committee will reimburse the round-trip transportation expenses (long-distance bus fare, train hard seats, high-speed rail second-class seats, and aircraft economy class lower than the price of high-speed rail second-class seats) for graduate students from domestic universities (except universities in Nanjing) who have come to attend the conference, and arrange accommodation during the conference; For the authors (only the first authors) who attend the exchange conference from universities in Nanjing, the organizing committee will only arrange meals during the conference.

4. All students entering the university to attend the conference shall go through relevant procedures according to the epidemic prevention and control of the university. And the specific requirements will be notified separately.
