由中国教育国际交流协会和中国研究生院院长联席会共同主办的第三届“PhD Workshop China 2011/2011博士生教育国际交流会”将于2011年11月26-27日在北京港澳中心瑞士酒店举行。
该交流会的宗旨是为有志出国攻读博士学位的中国学生和国外招收博士生的学校和导师搭建一个交流、沟通与面试的平台，让双方利用这个机会面对面交流，使海外院校代表可以向中国学生介绍更多的学科、资助项目、奖学金项目、学科专业及入学机会，并现场指导申请程序、进行面试等；同时，国内学生能获得权威、全面、丰富、专业、准确的博士留学信息。
截至10月初，来自澳大利亚、加拿大、丹麦、斐济、法国、德国、新加坡、荷兰、英国、美国等10个国家的80多所著名大学和博士研究生院已经报名参会，届时将有来自驻华使领馆教育官员以及150多位院校博士生招生主管、教授和导师将现场向中国学生详解各自学校和院系的博士生招生、资助、奖学金申请、学科专业设置等问题。同时，这些大学和博士研究生院也十分希望与国内院校建立联系、探讨合作、共谋未来的发展。
在此，我们希望贵校能把此“参会通知”放到贵校相关网页宣传或组织本校相关学生提前网上注册，所有国内老师和学生均免费入场参会（但食宿、交通费须自理），并参加现场举办的院校说明会，与海外院校一对一的互动，使有志于海外攻读博士学位的高级人才有机会更多地获得权威、真实的第一手信息。同时，我们诚挚的邀请贵校负责国际交流、招生部门的负责人前来参会，和海外院校的资深官员面对面交流和探讨校际合作。
作为目前国内高层次校际“配对”合作国际化平台和“不出国的见面交流机会”，为了确保国内院校代表、学生和海外院校代表的现场会见效果，所有参会老师和学生需登录www.phdchina.org 点击“参会观众”提前注册，在网上实现与海外院校代表的会见联系、对接和确认，然后凭打印出 “参会确认函”的邮件入场参会。网站注册截止日期：2011年11月23日。
